Li will be presenting "Does luxury make prestigious places?" - 5th June

With a multicultural-education and working background: fine art, French language and culture, architecture, urban studies and planning, business and management… Li has lived in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Paris, New York and Milan.

During her studies in architecture, Li had started working in Louis Vuitton Architecture Department in Paris: an exciting experience of the interplay between architecture design and luxury brand identity! The following “inside Louis Vuitton” experience in Asia has sparked Li’s desire to study luxury as an urban places management and development concept.

Therefore, since the October 2012, Li is conducting her international comparative research, in Paris, Milan, Shanghai, New York and Miami. Results are expected to be presented by the end of 2015, in the form of a thesis for her Ph.D. degree in urban studies and planning.

Li loves to present at Semiofest because...

Love to be a part of Semiofest 2015 in Paris, the spirit of openness! Love Semiofest 2015 which is demonstrating the innovation of methodology in strategic thinking. Hopefully Semiofest will inspire a new wave of research.
